Connected Accounts and Data Processing

This disclosure explains how Shahid Anwar LLC, which operates FindNuro, handles data when you use the FindNuro AI Agent and connect other accounts to it. It adds to our Privacy Policy and AI Agent Terms.
1. Connecting is separate and optional
Your FindNuro subscription does not give us access to any other account. An integration works only after you connect it yourself on the provider's own authorization page, which lists the permissions requested. You can disconnect at any time in AI Agent → Connections; we then delete the stored credentials and also ask the provider to revoke them where it supports that.
At the time of this draft these integrations are not yet available: Amazon Ads API, Gmail, Outlook (Microsoft 365) and image generation. The Amazon Seller Central connection is available on AI Agent Pro. Listing submission is in beta: listings are saved as inactive, and every change needs your approval.
2. What each integration may access
- Amazon Seller Central (Selling Partner API): the data and functions you approve on Amazon's page for your own selling account and marketplaces (for example catalog and listing data, fee estimates, prices and inventory). Used only to provide the Agent to you; never pooled with other users' data, never added to FindNuro's shared catalog and never sold. Listing changes are sent only after you approve the exact change.
- Amazon Ads: your advertising profiles, campaigns and reports, to plan and (after your approval of each exact change) create or update campaigns, budgets and bids.
- Gmail: permission to send email you approved (the
gmail.sendscope) and your email address. FindNuro does not read your mailbox. FindNuro's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. - Outlook (Microsoft 365): permission to send email you approved (
Mail.Send) and your basic profile (User.Read). FindNuro does not read your mailbox. - Supplier replies: reading replies needs mailbox-read permission, which FindNuro does not request at this time. You can paste a reply into the Agent to have it analysed; only the text you paste is processed.
3. How we use the data
- Only to perform the tasks you ask for or switch on, to show you results, and to keep a record of what the Agent did (an audit log).
- Text needed for an AI step (for example your instruction, product facts or a pasted supplier reply) is sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to generate the result. Access tokens and passwords are never sent to an AI model.
- We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or use your data or your connected accounts' data to train AI models.
- Supplier contact details you enter or save are used only for your own outreach and are never shared with other FindNuro users.
4. Service providers
Render (hosting and database), Anthropic (AI), Stripe (card billing, operated for FindNuro by NUTRAVESSA LLC), and the provider of each integration you connect (Amazon, Google, Microsoft). Marketplace research data comes from licensed third-party data providers, which receive no personal data from FindNuro.
5. Security
Connection credentials (access and refresh tokens) are encrypted at rest and are never shown in the app, written to logs or audit records, or included in AI prompts. Authorization requests use single-use, time-limited state values. Every action outside FindNuro (email, Amazon, advertising) is executed only from an approval whose exact content you reviewed.
6. Retention and deletion
- Credentials: until you disconnect the integration or delete your account.
- Agent conversations, plans, drafts, supplier records, outreach logs, suppression list and audit log: until you delete them (where the app offers it) or delete your FindNuro account.
- Consent records (which version of these documents you accepted, when, and a one-way hash of your IP address): until you delete your account.
- Deleting your FindNuro account deletes all of the above and asks connected providers to revoke FindNuro's access. Copies can remain in encrypted database backups for up to 30 days before they are overwritten.
7. Your choices and rights
You can disconnect integrations, switch automations off, add addresses to your suppression list and delete your account at any time. Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export your data, or to object to processing. Contact us to use them.
8. Changes
If we change this disclosure in a way that affects connected-account data, we will ask you to accept the new version before you keep using the Agent.
