AI Agent Terms
Effective October 23, 2026
FindNuro is operated by Shahid Anwar LLC ("FindNuro", "we", "us"). These AI Agent Terms add to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and apply when you use the FindNuro AI Agent ("the Agent"). If these terms conflict with the Terms of Use about the Agent, these terms apply. The way we handle data from accounts you connect is described in the Connected Accounts and Data Processing disclosure.
1. The AI Agent Pro plan
- FindNuro AI Agent Pro costs US$199.00 per month. It includes everything in FindNuro Elite plus the Agent. There is no free trial. Taxes may apply where required by law.
- It is sold only on findnuro.com. New subscriptions are billed by the seller shown at checkout: Shahid Anwar General Trading LLC through PayPal (with a PayPal account or, where PayPal offers it, a debit or credit card without a PayPal account), or, where card checkout is offered, YBAK LLC through its Shopify checkout. Subscriptions bought earlier by card were billed by NUTRAVESSA LLC through Stripe. It is not sold through the App Store or Google Play.
- It renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time on your Account page (Cancel subscription) or, for PayPal subscriptions, in your PayPal account under automatic payments. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Payments are non-refundable, including partial months, as described in the Terms of Use. This does not limit any rights you have under consumer law.
- The plan has fair-use limits shown in the app (for example agent runs per day and per month, a monthly AI usage allowance, research queries per day and emails per day). When a limit is reached the Agent pauses that activity until the limit resets; it never charges you extra.
2. What the Agent does
The Agent carries out tasks you ask for or switch on in Automation settings, using FindNuro's own tools:
- product and keyword research on FindNuro's licensed marketplace data, with sources and retrieval times;
- supplier discovery as search links and unverified leads, supplier verification checklists, and a supplier pipeline (CRM) that holds what you enter;
- drafts of supplier emails, analysis of supplier replies that you paste in, listing drafts with compliance checks, product image briefs and prompts, PPC campaign plans and calculators, and launch plans.
- Beta for eligible Elite and AI Agent Pro customers: U.S. sellers only, listing drafts only, limited number of shops while TikTok's app review is pending. The Alibaba.com → TikTok Shop dropshipping tools (Alibaba.com U.S.-warehouse catalog, a profit calculator and a TikTok Shop connection that saves listings to TikTok as drafts only). TikTok Bestsellers is not yet available.
Every result is labelled as verified source data, a calculated estimate or an AI interpretation. The Agent does not invent suppliers, contacts, prices, search volumes or reviews. Where data is missing it says so.
3. Your subscription is not permission to act in your other accounts
Buying the plan or accepting these terms does not give FindNuro access to any external account. Each integration (for example Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Ads, Gmail or Outlook) works only after you connect it separately on that provider's own authorization page, with the permissions shown there. You can disconnect any integration at any time in AI Agent → Connections, or at the provider.
At the time of this draft, the Amazon Ads API, Gmail, Outlook and image-generation integrations are not yet available. The Amazon Seller Central connection is available on AI Agent Pro. Listing submission is in beta: listings are saved as inactive, and every change needs your approval. The Agent clearly marks every step that is waiting for one of them, and nothing that depends on them is reported as done.
4. Actions that always need your separate authorization
- Sending email. Each email, or each outreach batch, is shown to you in full first. A batch approval covers only the exact recipients (at most 25), the exact subject and text for each recipient, the stated purpose and the sending account you reviewed. Any new recipient or change to a message needs a new approval.
- Anything submitted to Amazon, including listings, A+ Content and storefront changes, is shown to you and sent only after you approve that exact change.
- Advertising. Campaigns, budgets and bids are created or changed only after you approve the exact campaign, budget and bids. Suggested bids and budgets are assumptions you should review.
- Purchases. The Agent never places purchase orders, pays suppliers or makes any payment for you.
Automation settings let internal research and drafting run without asking you at every step. They never remove the approvals above.
5. Your responsibilities
- Review what the Agent prepares before you approve or use it. You are responsible for the emails you approve, the listings and ads you submit and the business decisions you make.
- Comply with Amazon's policies (including the Seller Code of Conduct, listing, category, restricted-product and advertising policies), trademark and intellectual-property law, product-safety rules and the laws of the countries you sell in.
- Only describe products truthfully. Do not use the Agent to make medical, health, safety, certification or performance claims you cannot support, or to use another brand's trademarks without permission.
- Keep the information you give the Agent (product facts, prices, your postal address) accurate.
6. Supplier outreach rules
If you use the Agent to contact suppliers you agree that:
- Outreach is business-to-business and relevant to the recipient's business (for example a quotation request to a manufacturer). No bulk unsolicited marketing, no purchased or scraped mailing lists, and no personal (consumer) addresses.
- Messages have truthful sender information and a subject line that is not misleading, include your valid physical postal address, and include a working way to opt out. The Agent requires your postal address in your outreach profile before it prepares a batch for approval.
- Opt-out requests are honoured promptly (and in any case within 10 business days). The Agent keeps a suppression list and skips anyone on it; you can add addresses to it at any time.
- You follow applicable anti-spam and privacy law, including the US CAN-SPAM Act and, for recipients in the EU or UK, the GDPR / UK GDPR and electronic-marketing rules (contact on a legitimate-interest basis for genuine business enquiries only).
- Sending limits apply (at most 25 recipients per batch and a daily cap) and the Agent stops when your email provider reports a limit or an error. You must also respect your email provider's terms and limits.
7. AI limitations
The Agent uses AI models (currently from Anthropic) and automated rules. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or out of date even when it looks confident. Estimates (sales, revenue, profit, bids, budgets) are not Amazon figures. Supplier leads are unverified, and a verification checklist is guidance, not a verification. Check important facts yourself before relying on them.
8. No guarantees
FindNuro does not guarantee sales, rankings, profit, supplier quality, listing approval, ad performance or any other business result. Nothing the Agent produces is legal, tax, financial or regulatory advice.
9. Data, retention and deletion
Agent conversations, plans, drafts, supplier records, approvals and an audit log of agent actions are stored with your account so you can review what happened. Credentials for connected accounts are stored encrypted and are deleted when you disconnect. Deleting your FindNuro account deletes this data and revokes connected accounts on a best-effort basis. 10. Suspension and changes
We may pause the Agent or an integration to protect you, recipients, providers or the service (for example after spam complaints, provider errors or policy violations). We may update these terms; if a change is material we will ask you to accept the new version before you keep using the Agent.
