List Alibaba products to TikTok Shop (beta)
Turn Alibaba.com products that ship from a U.S. warehouse into TikTok Shop listing drafts. Elite and AI Agent Pro, U.S. sellers, drafts only, limited seats.

This is a beta for U.S. TikTok Shop sellers on the Elite or AI Agent Pro plan. Seats are limited: TikTok lets an app in beta connect up to 25 seller shops. When the beta isn't open for your account yet, the TikTok Shop card says Coming soon.
Who can use it
- Elite and AI Agent Pro members, with a U.S. TikTok Shop seller account.
- Pro and Free see a Beta card with See plans. Upgrading is the only way in.
- When all seats are taken, the card says Beta is full — join the waitlist. Click Join the waitlist to keep your place in line. We'll let you know when a seat opens.
What FindNuro does, and what you do
- FindNuro saves drafts only. It never lists a product and never submits anything for TikTok's review. You open each draft in TikTok Shop Seller Center, check it and publish it yourself.
- You are the seller and the merchant of record. You are responsible for your listings, the products and their compliance (brands, certifications, product safety), fulfilment within TikTok's handling time, returns and customer service.
- FindNuro never orders, pays for or ships supplier orders.
TikTok Shop US supplier rules
TikTok Shop US does not allow U.S. sellers to use international third-party suppliers. It also treats products bought from another marketplace and shipped straight to the buyer as a policy violation.
So FindNuro only lets you use Alibaba.com products that ship from a U.S. warehouse:
- a product that ships from another country is refused;
- a product whose ship-from location Alibaba.com doesn't return is refused too ("unknown" is never accepted);
- FindNuro checks the warehouse again when you import the product and again before a draft is saved to TikTok.
Before you sell Alibaba.com-sourced products, get TikTok Shop's written confirmation that your supplier arrangement is allowed. See Supplier and product eligibility.
Step by step
- Connect Alibaba.com. FindNuro reads Alibaba.com products through your own Alibaba.com buyer account (read only). You don't need the AI Agent for this. Open the Alibaba → TikTok tab and click Connect Alibaba.com at the top (the same button is on the Account page, in the Alibaba.com card). Sign in on Alibaba.com's own page and authorize FindNuro. You come back to the Account page, where the card confirms the connection; then return to the Alibaba → TikTok tab. During the beta, Alibaba.com connections are opened account by account. If FindNuro says Alibaba.com connections are being opened gradually, contact support and ask to be added.
- Connect TikTok Shop. On the Account page (or AI Agent › Connections › Sales channels), click Connect TikTok Shop and approve FindNuro on TikTok's own page. Only U.S. shops are connected.
- Accept the notice. Before your first draft, FindNuro shows the TikTok Shop US notice (supplier rules, merchant of record, drafts only). Tick I have read and agree and click Accept and continue. FindNuro saves your acceptance with the date. If the notice changes, you're asked again.
- Pick a product. Open the Alibaba → TikTok tab. Search the catalog, or paste an Alibaba.com product link or product ID. With the FindNuro Chrome extension, an Alibaba.com product page also shows a List to TikTok Shop button.
- Confirm the two checks (ships from a U.S. warehouse; you meet TikTok Shop US fulfilment rules) and click List to TikTok Shop.
- Review the draft. Fill in what's missing (price, package size and weight, photo rights), choose the category attributes and check the profit estimate.
- Save it to TikTok as a draft, then open TikTok Shop Seller Center to review and publish it. When draft upload is switched off, use Export instead; nothing is sent to TikTok.
Disconnect and your data
Disconnecting in FindNuro deletes your TikTok Shop tokens at once and frees your beta seat. Your drafts and listing history are deleted 30 days later unless you reconnect. Products already in your TikTok Shop stay there under your control. See the Privacy Policy.
Frequently asked questions
Is FindNuro approved by TikTok?
No. FindNuro is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok. The beta runs while TikTok reviews FindNuro's app.
Why can't I use a product that ships from China?
TikTok Shop US doesn't allow U.S. sellers to use international suppliers, so FindNuro refuses those products.
Do I need the AI Agent to connect Alibaba.com?
No. Beta members connect Alibaba.com with Connect Alibaba.com in the Alibaba → TikTok tab or in the Alibaba.com card on the Account page. To disconnect, press Disconnect in that card.
Can FindNuro publish my listing for me?
No. FindNuro saves drafts only. You publish in TikTok Shop Seller Center.
