Supplier and product eligibility for TikTok Shop
TikTok Shop has its own rules for sellers, suppliers and fulfilment. How FindNuro plans to handle them, and what you must check yourself.

TikTok Shop has its own rules
TikTok Shop sets rules for each country's shops, for example about:
- who can sell and where the seller is based,
- where products may ship from and how orders are fulfilled,
- which product categories are restricted or need approval.
These rules can be stricter than Amazon's, and they change. Read TikTok Shop's current seller policies for your shop's country before choosing products or suppliers.
TikTok Shop US: list only products shipped from US warehouses
For U.S. TikTok Shops, FindNuro will apply this as a hard rule, not just a reminder:
- Only suppliers that ship from a U.S. warehouse (U.S. local stock) can be linked to a TikTok Shop listing draft. Offers that ship from another country can't be selected.
- If the ship-from location is unknown, the offer isn't eligible. FindNuro shows why, and you can choose another offer.
- Before FindNuro creates a draft, you confirm that the product ships from a U.S. warehouse and that you meet TikTok Shop US fulfillment rules (for example, shipping within the required handling time). FindNuro saves your confirmation with the date and time.
This follows TikTok Shop US seller policy, which says U.S.-based sellers can't use international third-party suppliers or consolidation services, and treats orders fulfilled from another retailer or e-commerce marketplace as a violation. TikTok Shop also sets dispatch deadlines and requires a U.S. return address (return warehouse) for your shop. Check TikTok Shop's current Seller University articles, because these rules change.
How FindNuro plans to help
When the integration launches, FindNuro plans to show only products and options that pass the rules it can check, and to explain why something isn't eligible. FindNuro can't check every rule, so a product shown in FindNuro is not a guarantee that TikTok Shop will accept it.

Frequently asked questions
Will I be able to use Alibaba.com suppliers for TikTok Shop?
Only offers that ship from a U.S. warehouse, and only if TikTok Shop's rules allow your supplier arrangement. FindNuro won't let you link an offer that ships from outside the U.S., or one whose ship-from location is unknown. FindNuro doesn't place supplier orders for you.
