Emails, listing changes and ad spend need your approval of the exact content. New recipients or changed messages need a new approval.
Never your money
FindNuro never places inventory orders or moves money.
Official connections
Amazon, Google and Microsoft connections use each platform's own authorization. Disconnect anytime; your tokens are deleted.
Honest numbers
Sales, revenue and profit figures are estimates and are labelled that way. Missing data is shown as unavailable, never invented.
Questions
Does the AI send emails and publish listings for me today?
Emails: not yet. Today the agent writes your supplier emails and you send them yourself; sending from your Gmail or Outlook is awaiting Google and Microsoft approval. Listings: in beta, the agent can submit a new listing you approve to your connected Amazon account, saved as inactive. Both always need your approval.
Can I connect my Amazon store?
Yes, during the beta, while seats last. The connection uses Amazon's own authorization and FindNuro asks only for the permissions it needs (no buyer personal information). Store insights from your account (listing health, inventory, sales totals and fee estimates) are in beta for connected stores.
Will FindNuro find me a profitable product?
FindNuro ranks opportunities with evidence and estimates; it can't guarantee sales or profit. Always check suppliers, costs, restrictions and demand before you buy inventory.
Are the suppliers verified?
No. Supplier leads are marked unverified until you check them. FindNuro never claims a supplier is an authorized distributor without evidence, and it gives you a verification checklist.
When will the "awaiting approval" features arrive?
They depend on reviews by Google, Microsoft and Amazon, so we don't promise dates. They're added to your plan as they go live, at no extra cost.
Who bills me, and how do I cancel?
Card subscriptions bought on findnuro.com are sold through our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for these orders. Card subscriptions started before October 22, 2026 were billed by NUTRAVESSA LLC through Stripe and show SHAHID APPS on your statement. You can cancel at any time; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
