Delete your account
Permanently delete your FindNuro account and data from the Account page, and what happens to subscriptions and connections.

Deleting your account is permanent and can't be undone.
Before you delete
- Google Play subscription? Cancel it in the Play Store first. Deleting your FindNuro account does not cancel a Google Play subscription.
- Card subscription? It's cancelled automatically when the account is deleted. Renewal payments are generally non-refundable, except where applicable law or Paddle's policies require a refund; see our Refund Policy.
- Amazon connection? FindNuro removes its authorization. To remove FindNuro on Amazon's side too, see Manage or disconnect your Amazon connection.
Steps
- Sign in and click Account.
- Scroll to the Delete account card: Permanently deletes your FindNuro account, watchlist, saved searches and usage history.
- Press Delete account….
- Read the dialog Delete your FindNuro account? It explains what happens to your subscription.
- Press Delete account to confirm (or Cancel).
- You'll see Your FindNuro account was deleted.
What is deleted
Your account, watchlist, saved searches, AI and usage history, sourcing projects, AI Agent data (runs, drafts, photos, listings and connections), Chrome extension sessions and consent records. Every sign-in session ends. Backups and logs age out within 30 days.
Can't sign in?
Email contact@shahidllc.us from your account email address and ask us to delete your account.
Frequently asked questions
Can I come back later?
Yes. Signing in again creates a new, empty Free account.
