Refunds

See our Refund Policy. In short: you can request a full refund of the first payment of a new card subscription within 14 days of purchase. Renewal payments are generally non-refundable, except where applicable law or Paddle's policies require a refund. You can cancel at any time; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Purchases in the iPhone app are refunded by Apple and in the Android app by Google, under their policies. A refunded or charged-back subscription ends your access to paid features.

Frequently asked questions

Does deleting my account cancel my subscription?

Card subscriptions are cancelled automatically when you delete your FindNuro account. Google Play subscriptions are not: cancel them in the Play Store first. See Delete your account.

Will I lose my data when I cancel?

No. Your watchlist and saved searches stay. Features that need a paid plan stop at the end of the period.
