Payment methods
How you can pay for FindNuro on the web (PayPal) and on Android, what happens to existing card subscriptions, and what appears on your statement.

If checkout is paused
While we switch payment providers, the plan cards may show: "We're upgrading our checkout. PayPal payments will be available shortly." Card checkout, card upgrades and reactivations are paused then.
If you already pay by card, nothing is cancelled: your plan stays active. The Subscription & billing card tells you the date your plan stays active until, because card renewals can no longer be charged. After that date, subscribe again on the same page.
Card subscriptions from our previous card account
Card subscriptions started before October 22, 2026 were billed by NUTRAVESSA LLC through Stripe. Your FindNuro access continues until the end of the period you already paid for (the date shown on Account › Subscription & billing). FindNuro will not charge you again through that account; for questions about those payments, contact contact@shahidllc.us.
On the Account page these subscriptions show a note instead of Manage billing, Cancel or plan-change buttons. When the date passes, your account moves to Free and you can subscribe again with any payment method shown on the plan cards. Until then, a second FindNuro subscription is refused, so FindNuro never charges you twice.
PayPal
- The plan cards show the yellow PayPal Subscribe button first, and under it a black Debit or Credit Card button where PayPal offers it (pay by card without a PayPal account; PayPal still processes it). This applies to Pro and Elite, and to AI Agent Pro on the ✦ AI Agent tab once its PayPal button appears there. Card payment through Stripe, when offered, appears under it as or pay by card.
- PayPal subscriptions are billed monthly by Shahid Anwar General Trading LLC through PayPal. PayPal emails your receipt.
- Your plan starts as soon as PayPal confirms the payment, usually within a few seconds. If you see "PayPal is still confirming your payment", wait a minute and press Refresh.
- Cancel on Account › Subscription & billing, or in PayPal (Settings › Payments › Manage automatic payments). You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
iPhone app Coming soon
The iPhone app isn't on the App Store yet. When it is, Pro and Elite will also be available through Apple.
Update your card (existing card subscriptions)
- Go to Account › Subscription & billing.
- Press Update payment method (or Manage billing).
- Stripe's secure page opens. Add the new card and make it the default.
- Return to FindNuro and press Refresh.
Receipts and invoices
Press Billing history to see and download your invoices.
Your bank statement
Card subscriptions bought on findnuro.com are sold through our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for these orders, so the charge on your statement names Paddle. Card payments made before October 22, 2026 were billed by NUTRAVESSA LLC and show SHAHID APPS on your statement. PayPal payments are billed by Shahid Anwar General Trading LLC through PayPal.
Frequently asked questions
Does FindNuro store my card number?
No. Card subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record (card subscriptions started before October 22, 2026: Stripe). FindNuro never receives your full card number.
Can I pay for AI Agent Pro on Android?
No. AI Agent Pro is sold only on findnuro.com, through PayPal (a PayPal account, or a debit or credit card where PayPal offers it).
