Upload product photos
Attach photos to an AI Agent chat so it can create your Amazon listing images. File types, sizes and limits.

On AI Agent Pro, you can attach photos of your product in Chat. The agent uses them to understand your product and to make listing images.
Steps
- Open ✦ AI Agent › Chat.
- Press the paper-clip button next to the message box and choose your photos, or drag them into the chat. Each photo uploads straight away and shows its progress.
- Add a message, for example Create an Amazon listing for this product, and send.
What you can upload
- Types: JPEG, PNG or WebP photos
- Size: up to 15 MB each
- Per message: up to 9 photos
- Per day: up to 100 uploads
Error messages tell you what to fix, for example (file): use a JPEG, PNG or WebP image. or (file): larger than 15 MB.
Tips for good listing images
- Use real photos of your product: front, side, back, close-ups and the packaging.
- Use good light and a plain background.
- Avoid other brands' logos and watermarks.
- Check every generated image before you approve a listing. An AI-edited image is never used as the main image.
Documents (PDF, spreadsheets) Coming soon
Uploading documents such as PDFs or spreadsheets for the AI to read is part of Ask FindNuro AI, which isn't available to customers yet. See Ask FindNuro AI.
Frequently asked questions
Where are my photos stored, and can I delete them?
Photos stay until you delete them or your account. To delete one, open the image and press Delete image. See the Privacy Policy.
Can Pro or Elite users upload photos?
No. Listing images are included with AI Agent Pro.
