Create an Amazon listing draft
Fill in the Amazon listing form. FindNuro drafts the whole listing, you correct it on one review screen, check it with Amazon's validation preview and approve. Nothing is published until you approve.
Watch the 2:29 video lesson or follow the steps below.
On AI Agent Pro, FindNuro can prepare a complete Amazon listing for you: title, up to five bullet points, description, search terms, the category's required fields and image drafts made from your own photos. Nothing goes to Amazon until you approve it.
Before you start
- Connect your Amazon seller account for the region you'll sell in. See Connect your Amazon seller account.
- Have a few real photos of your product ready (JPEG, PNG or WebP, up to 15 MB each).
- Know your price, brand, and whether you'll use FBA or FBM.
Steps
- Open ✦ FindNuro AI › Chat and press + Create Amazon listing. The listing form opens.
- Add at least one real photo of your product.
- Fill in what you know: what the product is, the selling price, the brand (or tick Generic / no brand), the barcode (or tick I don't have one), color, material, size, weight, quantity in the box, the package size and weight, fulfilment (FBA or FBM), country of origin and whether it contains a battery, liquid, gel, spray or chemical. Optional fields can stay empty. Already have everything written down? Paste it into Paste your master prompt and press Fill the form from my text.
- Under AI photo drafts, choose how many image drafts you want and which kinds (for example infographic, features callouts, what's in the box).
- Press Create listing draft. FindNuro's AI drafts the whole listing at once.
- The card becomes Review your listing. Correct anything on that one screen (see below). Every change is saved automatically.
- Press Check with Amazon, fix anything Amazon reports, and check again until it passes.
- Approve: press Save to Amazon as inactive (not for sale) and confirm.
No form yet? Attach your photos in the chat and describe the product instead, for example Create an Amazon listing for my bamboo cutting board, 12 x 7 x 1.5 inches, brand GreenLeaf, price $29.99. If your account doesn't show the review screen yet, the card lists its questions under Still needed instead; answer them in one chat message.
Typos and your photos
You don't need perfect spelling. FindNuro reads your photo and your words together, and it always tells you what it changed, for example I read “bambo” as “bamboo”. If your photo shows what the product is more clearly than its name (for example a name of just bamboo for a cutting board), the listing uses the product your photo shows and the reply says so. Barcode notes, form labels and internal notes are never copied into the listing text.
Change the category
Amazon's category (product type) decides which fields Amazon requires, so FindNuro always asks you to confirm it. If the suggestion is wrong, pick another from the list, search for one, or tell FindNuro in chat, for example change the category to Cutting Board. FindNuro only offers categories Amazon returns for your marketplace, and it never confirms a category for you. Give your product a short name (for example bamboo cutting board) so the suggestion starts from your words, not only from the photo.
The review screen
Review your listing shows the complete draft. Every value can be edited, and what the screen shows is exactly what is sent to Amazon.
- Amazon requires: only the fields Amazon can't accept the listing without, for example Additional Features for a cutting board. Check with Amazon stays off until these are filled.
- Product details: product, brand, price, SKU, fulfilment, size, weight, package, color, material, what's in the box, country of origin and barcode. Doubtful values are highlighted with a note, for example You entered 15 in thickness for a cutting board … boards are usually 0.5–2 in, or a package exactly the same size and weight as the item. Highlighted values are sent exactly as shown, so correct them here if they're wrong.
- Features seen in your photo: a checkbox for each feature FindNuro sees in your photo. Only ticked features are written in the listing. Tick only what is really on your product. Ticked features also fill Amazon's Additional Features, and the title and bullets are rewritten to use them.
- Listing text: the title, up to five bullets, the description and the search terms (with their byte count).
- Images: the main image and the image drafts made from your own photos. Reorder them with ↑ and ↓, or Remove one.
- All fields sent to Amazon: every attribute in the payload, each editable.
- FindNuro recommendations: suggestions from FindNuro's automatic quality check. They're optional and never block.
Check with Amazon
Check with Amazon runs Amazon's validation preview, which creates nothing on Amazon. Amazon's errors appear beside the field they belong to, in Amazon's own words. Fix the field and press Check with Amazon again. When it passes, the screen says Amazon's check passed for exactly this version (preview only — nothing was published). If you change anything after that, check again. Amazon's preview can pass while the real submission is still refused later (for example without an approved GTIN exemption), so FindNuro always shows Amazon's own message.
Approve: nothing is published until you do
- Read every field and image.
- Press Save to Amazon as inactive (not for sale). A dialog asks you to confirm, for example Save this listing on Amazon US as inactive (version 8)? Nothing is sent until you confirm. During the FindNuro beta, approved listings are saved as inactive (not for sale).
- The card shows Submitted to Amazon, then Amazon is processing your listing. This card updates by itself.
- When Amazon has created the listing, the card shows its ASIN and Open in Seller Central. In Seller Central, go to Inventory › Manage All Inventory and search for your SKU, then make the listing active there yourself when you're ready.
To change something before approving, edit it on the review screen or press Request changes. See Review and approve a listing.

Images
FindNuro creates a main image on a white background from your photo, and the image drafts you chose (for example infographic, features or what's in the box), made from your own photos. Drafts keep your product exactly as photographed: no new logos, parts or claims. If a draft can't be made, the card lists it with a Retry image drafts button. An AI-edited image is never used as the main image. If image creation isn't available, the card says Image creation is not activated yet: your own photos are used as the listing images. Always check images before approving.
Barcodes
If you tell the agent your product has no UPC or EAN, it ticks Amazon's "This product does not have a product ID" option. Amazon's check decides whether that is accepted for your brand and category: if Amazon still asks for a barcode, the agent shows Amazon's message and your options (a GS1 barcode, or applying to Amazon for a GTIN exemption). FindNuro never assumes you have an exemption.
