Review and approve a listing
What the approval buttons do, why listings are saved as inactive during the beta, and how to make a listing active in Seller Central.
Watch the 2:29 video lesson or follow the steps below.
You are always in control: FindNuro sends a listing to Amazon only when you press an approval button on its preview. Your approval is tied to that exact version. If anything changes, you approve again.
Steps
- Read the Listing preview card carefully: title, bullets, description, price, images, fulfilment and marketplace.
- Choose one:
- Save to Amazon as inactive (not for sale): creates the listing on Amazon with 0 stock. Nobody can buy it until you add stock.
- Request changes: type what to change (for example Change: shorten the title). The agent prepares a new version for you to review.
- Fix and resubmit: shown once the listing is on Amazon (inactive, active or suppressed), to prepare a corrected version for a new approval.
- Confirm the dialog. It names the marketplace and version, for example Save this listing on Amazon (marketplace) as inactive (version 2)?
- Watch the status: Submitted to Amazon, then Processing on Amazon, then Saved on Amazon as inactive (0 in stock) (FBA: Saved on Amazon as inactive (FBA, no inventory yet)). If Amazon finds problems you'll see Action required or Rejected by Amazon.
Make the listing live
- In Seller Central, open Inventory › Manage All Inventory and find the SKU.
- Check the listing.
- FBM: add your stock quantity. FBA: create a shipment; the listing becomes buyable when Amazon receives your inventory.
Buttons such as Approve & publish to Amazon and Set stock & go live are not available during the beta.
FBA during the beta
FBA listings can be saved once, with a new FindNuro SKU. Amazon makes an FBA listing buyable as soon as it holds inventory for that SKU, so reusing an existing SKU could make it live immediately. This also means FBA offers on an existing ASIN (wholesale) and FBA resubmits can't be saved from FindNuro during the beta. Start a new listing without your own SKU, use FBM, or edit the listing in Seller Central.
Amazon review
New listings can be reviewed by Amazon. The card shows Amazon is reviewing this new listing (Amazon says up to 48 hours).
Frequently asked questions
I see "The listing changed since you viewed it."
The draft changed after you opened it. Review the new preview and approve again.
Can the agent publish without me?
No. Listings are never published from chat or automations. Only the approval button on the preview sends a listing to Amazon.
