FBA, FBM and wholesale listings

How the AI Agent handles Fulfilled by Amazon, merchant-fulfilled listings and adding your offer to an existing Amazon product page.

When you ask the AI Agent for a listing, it asks once how you'll fulfil orders.

FBA: Fulfilled by Amazon

  • You send inventory to Amazon's warehouses and Amazon ships to buyers.
  • The preview shows Fulfillment Amazon (FBA) · stock = units Amazon receives and the FBA eligibility check.
  • After approval: Saved on Amazon as inactive (FBA, no inventory yet). Use Send to Amazon in Seller Central to create a shipment. The listing is not buyable until Amazon receives your inventory.

FBM: Fulfilled by Merchant

  • You store and ship the orders yourself.
  • Tell the agent your stock quantity. The preview shows your stock, handling time and shipping template (defaults are marked).
  • During the beta, the listing is saved with 0 in stock (inactive). Add your quantity in Seller Central when you're ready.

Wholesale: selling an existing product

If you resell a product that already has an Amazon page, give the agent the ASIN. The preview says it adds your offer to the existing Amazon page with Amazon's own content and images. No new product page is created. Make sure you're allowed to sell the brand. Ask Can I sell this ASIN? first.

Before you buy stock, check how to buy the brand legitimately: Find authorized wholesale suppliers shows the brand's wholesale program, its authorized distributors and whether its policy permits resale on Amazon.

During the beta, wholesale offers can be saved with FBM only: an FBA offer on an existing ASIN is refused, because it could become buyable as soon as Amazon holds inventory. Add an FBA offer in Seller Central instead.

Private label: a new product page

For your own brand, the agent creates a new product page with your title, bullets, description and images.

Your responsibilities

You are the seller of record. Make sure your product, your supplier and your fulfilment method follow Amazon's policies, including the rules on dropshipping, product safety and restricted products.

Frequently asked questions

Which should I choose, FBA or FBM?

FBA usually helps with Prime eligibility but adds Amazon fees and storage costs. FBM gives you control but you handle shipping. Compare both in the Profit Calculator.

Does FindNuro order or ship inventory for me?

No. FindNuro never orders, buys or ships products. Automatic fulfilment and ordering are not offered.
