Connection messages

"The connection was cancelled."

You (or Amazon) declined on the consent page. Press Connect Amazon for… again and confirm on Amazon.

The authorization took too long or the page was reloaded. Start again from AI Agent › Connections.

"…connected, but a permission is missing."

You didn't allow every permission. Press Reconnect… and allow all of them.

"That account is already connected to another FindNuro account."

Each Amazon account can be connected to one FindNuro account. Disconnect it from the other FindNuro account first, or contact support.

"The provider did not complete the connection. Try again."

Amazon didn't finish the authorization. Wait a minute and try again.

"Waiting for Amazon Seller Central (SP-API): Connect Amazon for (region)…"

The agent needs a region you haven't connected. Each Amazon region needs its own connection: press that region's button under AI Agent › Connections.

"(Marketplace) is in Amazon's (region) region, not (region)."

You chose a marketplace under the wrong region. Use that marketplace's region button.

Listing messages

"Please upload a few real photos of your product…"

Attach photos (JPEG, PNG or WebP, up to 15 MB each) and send again.

"Connect your Amazon seller account under AI Agent → Connections…"

The agent needs your Amazon connection to choose the category and check Amazon's requirements.

"Amazon rejected the submission; nothing was created."

Read the issues listed on the card, fix them in chat, then approve the corrected version.

"Amazon suppressed this listing (hidden from buyers)…"

Fix the listed issues. You can ask the agent to prepare a corrected version, or fix them in Seller Central.

"Amazon is reviewing this new listing…"

Amazon says this can take up to 48 hours. Check back later.

"The listing changed since you viewed it."

Review the new preview and approve again.

A barcode (UPC/EAN) is required

Some categories require a product ID. Use a GS1 barcode, or apply to Amazon for a GTIN exemption where available. FindNuro never assumes you have an exemption: Amazon decides.

"During the FindNuro beta, FBA listings can only be saved once, with a new FindNuro SKU…"

During the beta, an FBA listing can't use your own SKU, be resubmitted, or add your offer to an existing ASIN from FindNuro. Start a new listing without your own SKU, choose FBM, or make the change in Seller Central.
