Connecting your Alibaba.com account is being tested and isn't available to customers yet. Today, use Supplier Finder to search Alibaba.com and other supplier sites.
In AI Agent › Connections, the Alibaba.com card says Awaiting API activation for customers.
How it is planned to work
These steps describe the planned design. Details may change.
- On your Account page, the Alibaba.com card will offer Connect Alibaba.com.
- You'll sign in on Alibaba.com's own page and authorize FindNuro. FindNuro never sees your Alibaba password.
- Back in FindNuro, you confirm the connection.
- You can then use Find on Alibaba in product details and in the Chrome extension.
- Disconnect removes the connection at any time.
What the connection will and won't do
- Coverage: the Alibaba.com dropshipping catalog, not all Alibaba.com suppliers or products.
- Read only: FindNuro only reads product data. It never orders, pays or messages suppliers for you.
- Plans: planned for Pro, Elite and AI Agent Pro.
Amazon sellers
FindNuro does not support importing Alibaba dropshipping products into Amazon through this workflow. Amazon sellers must independently comply with Amazon's dropshipping, seller-of-record and fulfillment policies.
