A beginner's sourcing workflow
From a product idea to a supplier quote and a profit check, step by step, using FindNuro and supplier sites such as Alibaba.com.

This is a simple, safe order of steps for sourcing your first private-label product.
Step by step
- Pick a candidate in Opportunity Finder and add it to your watchlist.
- Check demand and competition in its details panel: rank history, reviews, sellers.
- Estimate profit with default costs in the details panel.
- Start a sourcing project: press Find Suppliers, and keep the Private Label / White Label option selected.
- Search the supplier sites: press Find Suppliers in the project and use its search links (on AI Agent Pro you can also use Find real suppliers). Open each result on the supplier's site (for example on Alibaba.com) to read the full listing.
- Contact 3 to 5 suppliers. Use Write draft for the first message and send it yourself.
- Record quotes with + Add supplier.
- Compare quotes and recheck profit with the real price in the Profit Calculator.
- Verify the supplier using the verification checklist and order samples.
- Decide. If the numbers work with real costs, plan your launch.
Branded products and wholesale
This workflow is for products sold under your own brand. Alibaba.com sellers are manufacturers and traders, not authorized distributors of other companies' brands. To resell a brand you need proof you may sell it (invoices from an authorized distributor or a letter of authorization). To resell a brand, use Find authorized wholesale suppliers instead (Pro, Elite and AI Agent Pro): it checks the brand's wholesale program, its sales-channel policy and its authorized distributors.
Dropshipping and Amazon
FindNuro does not support importing Alibaba dropshipping products into Amazon through this workflow. Amazon sellers must independently comply with Amazon's dropshipping, seller-of-record and fulfillment policies.
FindNuro never orders, pays for or ships products. Automatic fulfilment and ordering are not offered.
