Let the AI Agent find possible suppliers, keep them in your supplier list and write emails you can send. Sending from Gmail is pending approval.

Find suppliers

  1. In Chat, ask, for example: Find suppliers for silicone kitchen utensils in China and verify them.
  2. The agent searches the web, reads companies' own public websites (name, website, public contact details and stated capabilities, each with its source page) and lists possible suppliers. It doesn't read marketplaces or directories such as Alibaba.com: for those it gives you search links to open yourself.
  3. Results are labelled Public website (unverified) or Supplier-listed on the platform (unverified). "Verify" here means the agent checks what it can find publicly; it can't confirm a supplier is real, licensed or reliable.
  4. Open Suppliers to see everyone the agent found, with notes and status. You can also type a product into Find suppliers for… there and press Discover leads.

A wholesale company the agent finds is a lead, not proof that it is an authorized distributor for a brand. Before buying branded goods to resell, get proof from the brand or the distributor (invoices or a letter of authorization).

Supplier research is limited to 20 runs a day.

Write supplier emails

  1. Ask: Write an email to these suppliers asking for prices for 500 units, samples and lead time.
  2. The agent prepares email drafts. Open Outreach to review them.
  3. Copy a draft into your own email and send it yourself.

Send from Gmail or Outlook Pending approval

Sending approved emails directly from your Gmail or Outlook mailbox, and checking supplier replies automatically, need Google's and Microsoft's approval of FindNuro's access. Until then, copy the drafts and send them yourself. When sending is available, every email or batch (up to 25) will need your approval, with a limit of 50 sends a day.

Supplier replies

Paste a supplier's reply into chat and ask the agent to summarise it or compare quotes. The Supplier reply analysis automation works with pasted replies only.
