What FindNuro can access in your Amazon account
The Amazon roles FindNuro asks for, what the AI Agent reads, what it can change only with your approval, and what it never touches.
Video coming soon. The steps below are complete.
FindNuro connects through Amazon's official Selling Partner API. Amazon shows you the requested permissions (called roles) on its consent page.
Roles FindNuro asks for
| Role | Why |
|---|---|
| Product Listing | Check listing health, listing restrictions and fee estimates, and create listings you approve |
| Inventory and Order Tracking | Read total sales figures (units, orders, sales) |
| Selling Partner Insights | Learn which marketplaces you sell in |
| Amazon Fulfillment | Read FBA inventory and check FBA eligibility |
If you don't grant Selling Partner Insights, the region shows Permission missing and FindNuro can't list your marketplaces. Reconnect and allow every requested permission.
What FindNuro reads
- Your listings and their status (active, inactive, suppressed, issues)
- FBA inventory and restock signals
- Fee estimates and whether you can list a given ASIN
- Total sales figures (aggregated). FindNuro does not read individual orders or buyer names, addresses or contact details.
What FindNuro can change, and only with your approval
- Create a listing you approved in FindNuro. During the beta, approved listings are saved on Amazon as inactive (not for sale), and FindNuro can't make them active or set stock above 0. See Review and approve a listing.
Every change is checked first with Amazon's own validation preview, which creates nothing. Your approval is tied to that exact version: any change needs a new approval.
What FindNuro never does
- Never asks for or stores your Amazon password or verification codes
- Never changes your prices, and never suggests or sets prices for you
- Never changes stock on its own
- Never places orders, buys inventory or spends money
- Never contacts your buyers
Frequently asked questions
Can I limit FindNuro to one marketplace?
Amazon authorizes a whole region at a time. You can set a default store so the agent works in the marketplace you choose, and the agent always says which marketplace it is using.
Who at FindNuro can see my store data?
Your store data is used to answer your requests. See the Privacy Policy and Connected accounts.
